How do I book your ensemble?

Call or email to find out if the date of your event is still open for our group. If we are available I will discuss specifics with you and then send a contract to you outlining all that we have discussed. A 50% retaining fee is required to reserve our services which I will not deposit until after the event. The remaining 50% is to be paid on or before the event date.
